The Cruise route started in Maryland, then went into Washington DC, then south into Virginia where we made a mid-cruise pit stop. After taking a couple minute break, it was back into the cars, and west to West Virginia followed by a return to Maryland for the final spot. Those that met in Virginia to "pre-cruise" to the start also headed back as a group stopping for a late lunch on the way home once getting back into Virginia. At the end of the day, almost 200 miles were logged, and a good time was had by all. We had 8 Saleens along for the ride on Saturday, with 3 new ones showing up on Sunday. Had the weather cooperated, the showing would have been much larger. Hopefully Mother Nature will be on our side next time.

The Show on Sunday had a reduced attendance due to the forecast of thunder showers all day long, however, many still came out to show off their cars, and brave what Mother Nature had potentially to offer. As it turned out, the dark clouds that kept many away faded as the day went on, and the weather turned out to be nice after all. There were just 5 Saleens at the show, but there were still about 100 other cars for everyone to also enjoy looking at, so a good time was had by all.
