We found this car for sale at the MCA National show in
Springfield, Ill. The car was a year old and still on the dealer
inventory. We had always wanted to own a Saleen and price was
right, it was a new car even if it was a year old. The dealer
found a buyer for our 93 Convertible, another individual who was
attending the MCA show. So the next week I headed back to Ill.
and drove the Saleen back to Iowa with the top down on what
turned out to be a fairly cool evening (that was the only way to
get the speedster cover back, it doesn't fit in the trunk). We
enjoy owning and driving our Saleen and will probably keep it
for a long time. |
